SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER - IMMEDIATE HIRING

We are currently seeking a Site Mechanical Engineer with proven UAE experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in site execution and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems within construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protectionsystems in line with project requirements.
Prepare technical specifications, detailed design drawings*, and load calculations.

Select suitable materials and systemsthat align with safety, sustainability, and performance standards.
Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, and electricalcomponents.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure system compatibility*.

Attend coordination and site meetingsto ensure design and execution alignment.
Prepare and submit mechanical shop drawings and material submittalsfor approval.
Supervise and monitor on-site mechanical installation works*.

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations*.

Plan and oversee the testing and commissioningof mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system startup issues*.

Ensure proper handover and functionalityof all mechanical systems.
Coordinate with consultants for technical discussions, clarifications, and finalizations*.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant UAE experiencein the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineeringor equivalent.
Strong knowledge of MEP standards*, codes, and practices in the UAE.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office*.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
