We are a G+1 contracting company specializing in new construction, renovations, interior design and fit-out, swimming pool and landscape work, custom furniture, and maintenance services for Villas, Offices, Retail, Restaurants, Exhibition Stands, and various other projects.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced

Mechanical Engineer

with expertise in

swimming pools and landscaping

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

mechanical systems, hydraulic design, MEP coordination, and site execution

related to swimming pools, water features, irrigation, and landscaping projects. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and oversee the installation of

swimming pools, water features, and irrigation systems

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with

local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications

Coordinate with

architects, civil engineers, and MEP teams

to integrate mechanical systems efficiently Prepare

BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports

for pool and landscape-related projects Monitor project progress and resolve

technical and construction challenges

on-site Ensure the proper selection of

pumps, filtration systems, heating, and water treatment solutions

Supervise

maintenance and repair

of swimming pools and mechanical systems Provide

technical support and recommendations

for improving designs and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related field

Experience

: Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

swimming pool and landscaping projects

in the UAE

Technical Knowledge

: Expertise in

pool filtration, pumping, heating, and plumbing systems

Familiarity with

MEP coordination, irrigation systems, and drainage

Strong understanding of

UAE building codes and municipality regulations

for pools and landscaping

Software Skills

: Proficiency in

AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus)

Project Management

: Ability to

manage multiple projects

, coordinate with different stakeholders, and ensure timely completion

Certifications

: UAE

SOE (Society of Engineers) membership

is an advantage
