Job Description
We are Interior Fit Out company location in Dubai since 2006. We are urgently looking for the Mechanical Engineer to execute the Site work. The applicants must have min 5 years of previous working in Fit Out industry and previous experience in handing over kitchens, restaurant and retail projects.
- Monitoring site progress and quality of Mechanical works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
- Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor's engineers.
- Prepare the material orders correctly according to the site requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.
- Oversee the administration of contacts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
- Designs all mechanical systems including plumbing & sewage, firefighting, irrigation, HVAC.
- Responsible for all testing commissioning on site.
- Coordinate with HVAC Manager and MEP Manager on site for any technical issue and its solution
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Fit Out: 5 years (Required)
- Site Mechanical Engineer: 5 years (Required)
