Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage renovation projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Prepare and submit reports, including progress updates and snag lists
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve client complaints
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in renovation project management or supervision
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., NIOSH, OSHA)
