Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage construction activities on site. Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for technical and operational requirements. Manage materials, tools, and equipment delivery and usage. Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently to avoid delays. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct inspections and request approvals from consultants/clients as needed. Control site expenses and support in maintaining the project budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and site reporting.
