Al Zayed Shades & Tents is looking for a skilled and proactive
Site Manager
to manage installation projects across Dubai. The role involves full site supervision of
tensile fabric structures
,
steel frame shades
,
tents
, and
tarpaulin-based installations
, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site works including steel structure erection, foundation work, and fabric installation.
Ensure all installation activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate daily with production, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth material flow to the site.
Plan and allocate tasks to site supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all site operations.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients for inspections, approvals, and site coordination.
Resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
3-5 years' site experience in tensile structures, steel fabrication, or shade/tent installation.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Strong site management, manpower handling, and planning skills.
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site work protocols.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
UAE driving license preferred.
