Proven experience in managing piling operations (minimum 3 years).
Knowledge of construction regulations and site safety standards.
Skills:
Ability to oversee piling activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Understanding of piling techniques, soil conditions, and foundation engineering.
Managing site personnel, subcontractors, and ensuring smooth operations.
Identifying and resolving site challenges efficiently.
Enforcing HSE protocols and conducting risk assessments.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and preparing site reports.
