Position Overview

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be

DM-approved for unlimited floors

and have a strong background in managing construction sites from start to finish. A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management within the UAE is essential, with a proven ability to lead site teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project execution Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety protocols, and project specs Lead daily site operations including documentation, reporting, and issue resolution Monitor material usage, cost control, and site logistics Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

DM (Dubai Municipality) approval for unlimited floors - Mandatory

Minimum 10 years' UAE experience in a similar role Solid experience in managing high-rise or large-scale infrastructure projects Thorough understanding of UAE construction codes and safety regulations
