Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and executing landscape construction projects.

Ensure compliance with drawings/specifications and client expectations.

Supervise, monitor, and report project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on-time completion.

Lead Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments

Forecast labor/machinery needs, schedule resources, and oversee equipment use and maintenance.

Budget planning, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, conduct site inspections, and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Ensure all the NOC approvals are duly obtained and properly documented.

Requirements:

Master's/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or similar fields.

Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape construction in a similar role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage competing demands

effectively.

Valid UAE driver's license, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
