We are looking for a Site Manager (Mechanical) to manage mechanical works in industrial projects in sectors like Oil & Gas, RO Plant, Power Plant, District Cooling Plant, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating with EPC contractor, end user, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience and at least 6 years of Gulf experience in piping and other mechanical works with a special knowledge in metallic piping and structural erection

key Responsibilities

Overall management of

site activities within subcontract scope

Plan, organize, and control

construction works

(piping, mechanical, structural, etc. as applicable) Coordinate daily activities with: EPC Construction Manager / Supervisors Subcontract supervisors and foremen QA/QC and HSE teams Ensure work execution as per: Approved drawings and specifications Method statements and ITPs EPC and client HSE requirements Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontract resources Monitor progress and productivity; prepare

daily and weekly site reports

Ensure timely resolution of site issues, punch lists, and NCRs Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities related to subcontract scope Enforce strict compliance with

Permit to Work (PTW)

system and site safety rules

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Mechanical / Civil Engineering

(as applicable) Minimum

10-15 years

experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects Proven experience as

Site Manager / Construction Manager / Senior Site Engineer

with subcontractors Strong knowledge of: Site construction practices Manpower and subcontractor management QA/QC and HSE compliance Experience working

under EPC contractors

on large projects Good communication and coordination skills Gulf experience (Qatar / UAE / KSA) preferred

Qualifications and Experience:

BE/B.Tech in Engineering Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in similar projects Minimum of 6 years of Gulf experience in piping and other mechanical works in Oil & Gas, RO Plant, Power Plant, District Cooling Plant, etc. Experience in metallic piping is a must. GRP/GRE piping is an added advantage
