Our client is a Real Estate Company. They are now looking for a Site Inspector to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inspects regularly ongoing home services activities
Reviews cleaning schedules or other schedules as applicable and checks standards are being maintained.
Keep track of ongoing home services activities
Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed standard.
Ensure that common area community services not misused by contractors
