Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Monitor daily site activities of contractors and ensure proper sequence of work.
Quality Assurance
Check materials and equipment delivered on-site to confirm they meet the approved specifications.
Ensure proper testing of MEP systems (e.g., pressure tests for plumbing, insulation tests for electrical).
Compliance with Codes and Safety
Ensure all work follows local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections for HSE compliance related to MEP works.
Authorities Visit
Coordination
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes.
Assist in resolving site technical queries (RFIs).
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain inspection records, prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist with the preparation of snag lists and project handover documents.
Testing & Commissioning Support
Witness and verify functional testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
