Location: Saudi Arabia Responsibilities:

On-site Supervision: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor and supervise construction and retrofitting activities. Ensure that work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality work. Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed installations to verify compliance.
Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular safety audits, identify potential hazards, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective measures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, inspections, and any deviations from project plans. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the status of the construction and retrofitting processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address on-site challenges promptly. Provide timely feedback to the project team and contribute to effective problem-solving.
Retrofitting Expertise: Apply knowledge of retrofitting techniques and methodologies to ensure the structural integrity and safety of existing buildings and structures.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum five years of GCC experience as a Site Inspector in civil engineering, construction, or retrofitting projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and retrofitting practices.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse project teams.
Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations as required.
