QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Diploma or equivalent qualification in civil engineering is preferrable

5 to 7 years of experience in fit out/turkey projects in UAE

Valid UAE Driving License

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision and monitoring the execution of construction activities across a number of trade disciplines, to ensure work is carried out according to specifications, within allotted time frame and in full compliance with safety standards. Receiving and reviewing assignments for short-term work programs from superior to ensure complete understanding of requirements. Assessing manpower and material requirements, based on production norms, and prioritize and allocate tasks to ensure that resources are deployed for maximum effectiveness. Providing technical advice and training for the solving of problems referred by workforce and to developing their skill level and competence. Preparing regular reports on work progress and forecasting for analysis by superior Monitor and control the productivity of the workforce. Prepare the Manpower, material, equipment requirements to ensure smooth execution of the work as per program. Supervise the works of Subcontractors and ensure compliance to project requirements . Coordinating with other trade disciplines and stores personnel to ensure the integration of work activities and ready availability of materials and consumables. Providing input to project team for the development and enhancement of project method statements. Undertaking appraisals to assess workforce performance in the execution of assigned duties.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
