Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily work activities
Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
Purchase any missing or urgently required materials from suppliers when needed
Enforce safety rules and conduct regular site inspections
Report daily progress to the engineer or project manager
Solve site issues quickly and prevent project delays
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Foreman
Strong knowledge of construction methods (blockwork, plaster, MEP coordination, finishing, etc.)
Ability to read and understand drawings
Valid UAE Driver's License (mandatory)
Good communication and leadership skills
UAE experience preferred
