Site Engineer/supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for site architect engineer for wedding events company.
Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3+ years' Site Supervision experience.
Site supervision experience for wedding events.
Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor's architectural design works. Duties include inspection of the Contractors works
Review and commenting on submittals, forwarding submittals to the concerned designer for response, obtaining samples and quotations when required, preparing reports and recommendations and coordination of all architectural / ID works with other disciplines
Reviewing and authorizing his inspector's daily reports, preparing his portion of weekly report and giving relevant input to the monthly report of his section of the project.
Review all kind of site works submittals
To report Quality Non-Conformances and to assist in closing out of the same.
To report safety violations to HSE Manager during his inspections on site.
To work with project site team.
Coordinate and manage the technical input of other disciplines during construction stage
Ensure the satisfactory management and control of inward and outward documentation
SALARY RANGE: DHS 4,500 TO 5,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
