Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site infrastructure and road construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Review project drawings, specifications, and plans; ensure works are executed as per approved designs. Assist in the planning and scheduling of works in line with the project program. Ensure that all materials used and work performed comply with project standards and specifications. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager. Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Monitor site safety and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues. Liaise with local authorities or stakeholders if required for project coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of road construction standards, drainage systems, utilities, and earthworks. Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and health & safety practices.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
