We are a leading construction and interiors fit-out company in Qatar seeking a skilled and experienced
Site Engineer - Fit-Out
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works and proven GCC experience managing site execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and related trades.
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Review drawings, prepare site reports, and ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
Attend site meetings and support the project team with required documentation and inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum
5-6 years of GCC experience
in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or hospitality).
Strong technical knowledge in joinery, finishes, and interior detailing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Qatar Driving License preferred.
Able to join immediately.
