Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the UAE/GCC construction industry with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
Proven experience in executing large-scale developments for reputable organizations
Hands-on experience with high-rise towers and hospitality projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors
Sharjah Municipality approval is mandatory
