We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Site Engineer

to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in

steel and aluminum structures

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor construction processes and enforce safety and health regulations on-site. Review technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Resolve any technical issues or on-site challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all work adheres to local codes, standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in site engineering, particularly in

steel and aluminum structures

.

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car.

Language skills:

Proficient in

both Arabic and English

(spoken and written preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and site practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction/project management software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
