Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between the factory and the site team. Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders. Solve site problems as they arise (problem-solver). Supervise the labors and the installation at different projects and monitor to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans. Ensure materials and work performed meet specifications. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including progress, delays, and safety observations. Assist in site surveys, quality control, and troubleshooting technical issues. Verify quantities and prepare material requisitions as needed. Liaise with local authorities as required. Ensure site safety practices are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiarity with health and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification. Experience with [specific projects, e.g., high-rise buildings, roads, water treatment, etc.]. Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
