Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site marble and stone installation activities.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of marble works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and material schedules.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, precise installation, and alignment with safety standards.
Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors involved in marble supply, cutting, and installation.
Monitor and report progress, prepare daily site reports, and escalate issues that may affect timelines or quality.
Ensure correct handling, storage, and protection of marble materials on-site.
Assist in measurement and quantity take-offs for billing and procurement purposes.
Identify and solve on-site technical issues in real-time to avoid project delays.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and health & safety regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering roles specific to marble, granite, or natural stone works.
Strong knowledge of stone types, cutting techniques, fixing systems (dry & wet), and finishing standards.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings.
Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced construction environments.
Understanding of site safety protocols.
