Site Engineer - Sharjah Municipality License Holder
Location:
Al Sajja, Sharjah, UAE
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare and follow up on work schedules as per contract requirements.
Supervise and ensure execution of site works as per project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
Monitor site progress, ensure quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure that the project is executed within the approved budget and schedule.
Maintain proper documentation and daily site reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Required Licenses:
Must have
Sharjah Municipality Card
(Must Preferred)
Valid
UAE Driving License
(Must Preferred)
SOE (Society of Engineers)
License (Must Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of construction experience in Sharjah.
Experience in warehouse, shed, and villa projects preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications and reading technical drawings is essential.
