Job Description
We are looking for a site engineer who is responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and overseeing the execution of engineering tasks on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
: Oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes monitoring construction progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.Technical Support
: Provide technical advice and support to construction crews and subcontractors, helping to solve engineering-related problems that arise on-site.Coordination
: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, draftsman, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and resolving conflicts between teams.Safety Compliance
: Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on the construction site, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a safe work environment.Documentation
: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, quality reports, and material usage, and report progress, delays, and other on-site issues to senior management or clients.Qualifications
Education
: A degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering is typically required.Experience
: Hands-on experience in construction project management is preferred, along with familiarity with various engineering methodologies.Skills
: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software are essential for success in this role.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
