Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular

site visits

and prepare detailed daily site reports based on client inquiries.

Coordinate site activities

by arranging required manpower and materials to ensure timely completion of works. Manage

material requests

and coordinate with purchase and store departments for on-time availability. Supervise and manage

labour teams

, including site allocation, attendance, and leave tracking. Attend

client meetings

to discuss work progress, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relations. Prepare and maintain

work completion reports

, site visit records, and related documentation.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in site coordination or construction project supervision (UAE experience preferred).
