Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site engineering activities for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets. Conduct inspections and tests to assess the quality and functionality of materials and installations. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and records of site activities. Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and other personnel as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the mechanical or industrial engineering sector. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, particularly in construction and project management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues effectively. Familiarity with AutoCAD, project management software, and other engineering tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
