Site Engineer Roads & Construction
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the progress of construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist in procurement and resource planning.
Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and project completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably in the UAE. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Appreciable Arabic language Knowledge
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
