Job Description

Project Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations for road, utility, and infrastructure works, ensuring that the construction progresses according to the approved design, specifications, and construction schedules.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure work complies with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and tests on materials and workmanship.

Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance and solutions to field teams and contractors to resolve any engineering or construction issues.

Site Management:

Manage the logistics of construction materials, equipment, and resources on-site to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety standards on-site and ensure all workers are trained on proper safety protocols. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination between various teams.

Progress Reporting:

Monitor project progress, document daily reports, and assist in the preparation of progress reports for the management team.

Cost Control:

Help monitor and manage project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

Troubleshooting:

Address and resolve any issues or delays on-site, making sure work is carried out efficiently and meets required timelines.

Surveying & Documentation:

Review project drawings, conduct surveys, and ensure accurate documentation of all stages of the project.

Environmental Considerations:

Ensure that all work follows environmental regulations and minimization of disruption to local communities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
