Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer

- Oil & Gas

to lead and deliver large-scale oil & gas projects at Ras Laffan, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution in line with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of oil & gas projects, including EPC and brownfield works. Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with client requirements. Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure strict compliance with standards, HSE regulations, and industry best practices. Monitor project progress, cost control, risk management, and contractual performance. Review and approve project plans, engineering deliverables, procurement strategies, and construction activities. Manage variations, change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence. Drive HSE excellence, quality assurance, and operational discipline across all project sites. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for Project Managers and site teams. Prepare and present executive-level progress reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management.
Candidate who are locally available only will be considered for this role.

Minimum of 8+ Years experience only will be considered for this role.

Candidate with prior

Ras Laffan / Mesaieed project experience

will be highly preferred.
