Job Description

Site Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities



l Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.

l Coordinate with subcontractors, site foremen, and other engineers to ensure timely execution.

Monitor material deliveries, usage, and ensure proper installation.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, etc.).

Raise RFI/WIR and assist in inspections with consultants.

Maintain site reports, daily progress reports (DPR), and update work schedules.

Attend coordination meetings and support in resolving technical site issues.

Ensure site is clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.

Job Specification and Qualification



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

3-5 years' experience in construction? minimum 2 years in UAE preferred

Knowledge of UAE authority standards

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation (WIR, RFI, MIR)

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus, Chinese language is (preferred)

Safety or authority-related certifications (preferred)
