Job Description

We are looking for Site Engineer with a 2-5 years work experience in Interior Design and Fit out, making BOQ's and knowledgeable of materials and finishing standers.

planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts. reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks. organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts. conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation. determining project feasibility and giving approval. developing construction project budget estimates. collaborating with designers, clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals. resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in site management of interior design projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret design blueprints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
