Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be

DM Approved

, hold a

SOE Membership

, and have a

valid UAE Driving License

. The role involves managing multiple interior fit-out and renovation sites, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Site Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, including site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Manage multiple sites simultaneously with a zero-defect, detail-oriented approach. Oversee finishing works with a strong eye for quality and execution.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Handle client meetings, updates, and overall satisfaction. Negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors. Proven record in acquiring new business and expanding project portfolios.

Office & Internal Coordination:

Work closely with Operations, Business development, Design and Procurement teams to meet client expectations. Strong projects budgeting, planning, timelines preparing, estimations, and reports. Collaborate on BOQs and material estimations with Designers and Operations. Ensure compliance with DM, DDA, DCD systems and processes for permit applications. Secure authority approvals from DM, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, Emaar, and other entities.

Technical skills

Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other project management tools. Uphold practical, hardworking, and collaborative work ethics, promote team building. Excellent client communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)

DM Approved Engineer License (Required)

SOE (Society of Engineers - UAE) Membership (Required)

Valid UAE Driving License (Required)

Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and technical services
