Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical site activities as per approved shop drawings and method statements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines for smooth site execution
• Verify material compliance and inspect installations to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress logs, and inspection requests
• Support Project Engineer in planning, sequencing, and monitoring mechanical works
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues and attend coordination meetings
• Ensure implementation of HSE standards and enforce safe working practices
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
• Monitor manpower and equipment utilization to achieve productivity targets
• Support testing, commissioning, and preparation of handover documentation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4-7 years of UAE site experience in construction or MEP projects
• Strong understanding of construction standards, authority requirements, and mechanical systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with exposure to project management tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and site supervision skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
