Site Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to manage and supervise construction and maintenance activities on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)8 years of total professional experience.
- At least 4 years in Oil & Gas industry. Experience in maintenance projects highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and HSE regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise civil construction and maintenance activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are executed according to designs, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with HSE standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in material management and documentation for maintenance projects.
- Support shutdowns, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team coordination.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas standards, maintenance operations, and safety practices.
