Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer - Water Heating Systems is responsible for supervising and executing all on-site activities related to the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar Water Heater Systems, Heat Pumps, Calorifiers, and related equipment. This role ensures that all works are completed in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and client requirements while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and execute the installation of water heating systems for residential, commercial, and villa projects across the UAE. Manage site teams for installation, maintenance, testing & commissioning, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) works for multiple projects. Oversee daily site activities and coordinate effectively with internal teams, sub-contractors, and site contractors. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of all site works. Attend technical meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in the testing and commissioning of systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of installations. Perform site surveys and feasibility studies for new project opportunities. Ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with existing clients. Support the AMC team in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls. Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues encountered during installation, commissioning, or operation Provide technical support to the sales team, including material estimation and system design inputs.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
