We are seeking a committed and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and execute on-site construction activities with precision and quality. The role demands strong leadership in managing daily site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery in line with structural standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage site-based construction tasks
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
Conduct regular quality checks and safety audits
Report site status and issues to the Project Manager
Resolve technical problems and ensure implementation accuracy
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site engineering
Proven experience in
structural or civil construction
(not fit-out, interior, or MEP)
Strong technical understanding of drawings and execution details
Excellent problem-solving skills and on-the-ground decision-making
Effective site coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
