We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with proven experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery works to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring high standards of project execution, timely delivery, and coordination between on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages.
Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, and material tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Attend site meetings and provide technical input when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects in the GCC (preferred).
Strong understanding of technical drawings, joinery details, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
With UAE driving license
