Position:

Site Engineer (HIGH RISE BUILDING EXPERIENCE)

Location:

Al Kifaf Area Phase 3, Near Max Metro Station.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify any deviations.

Safety Management:

Prioritize safety on-site by enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and implementing risk mitigation measures.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

Material Management:

Manage the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage.

Subcontractor Management:

Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and progress reports.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during construction.

Client Coordination:

Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6). Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
