Green Oasis Decor LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated

Site Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations for

gypsum ceilings, drywall partitions, GRG works, and interior fit-out activities

, ensuring smooth execution, quality workmanship, and timely project delivery.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Supervisors, and Client/Main Contractor representatives to ensure all site works meet specification, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor site activities for

gypsum ceilings, partitions, GRG works, painting

, and related interior fit-out tasks. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to plan site execution. Coordinate daily with foremen and workers to ensure proper material allocation and work sequencing. Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, progress updates, and material consumption logs. Ensure compliance with

HSE requirements

, method statements, and site regulations. Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet project specifications and workmanship standards. Coordinate with the main contractor for inspections, approvals, and site instructions. Report variations, discrepancies, or additional works to the Project Manager. Assist in material quantity take-offs and verify material deliveries at site. Identify site issues and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays. Maintain site documentation and ensure smooth handover upon completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

2-4 years

UAE experience in

gypsum, drywall, ceilings, or interior fit-out projects

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of gypsum work sequence, materials, installation methods, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and project specifications. Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus. Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and workload effectively. Familiar with HSE rules and site safety procedures. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
