Site Engineer - Glass & Aluminium Projects

Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee day-to-day site operations for glass and aluminium facade projects. The role involves supervising installation works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage installation of glass, aluminum, curtain walls, doors, and cladding systems at site. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with the Project Engineer, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project progress. Conduct site inspections and report on daily activities, progress, and material usage. Verify dimensions, levels, and quality of works before and after installation. Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Monitor workforce, equipment, and material requirements at site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in glass and aluminium facade projects. Valid UAE Driving License. Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, shop drawings, and installation details. Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
