Supervise and coordinate site activities related to aluminium works
Monitor the installation of aluminium systems such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding
Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards and project requirements
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other site engineers
Prepare and update project progress
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations
Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
2-3 years of UAE experience in aluminium company (fabrication and installation works)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
Strong communication and coordination skills
