Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team with minimum of 3-5 years experience in fitout industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management skills, and proficiency in various engineering software tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Manage Subcontractor and control the project quality, timeline and budget. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Prepare project schedules using project management techniques and tools like Premevera. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Perform construction estimating to assess project costs accurately.

Experience

Candidates should possess a background in civil engineering or a related field with experience in the following areas:

Project scheduling and management Construction management practices Proficiency in CAD softwares Knowledge of construction schematics and drafting techniques Understanding of mechanical engineering principles as they relate to civil projects
