Site Engineer Fit Out
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site.
Review shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Ensure works are executed according to approved plans and standards.
Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
Resolve technical issues and liaise with designers and consultants.
Manage site manpower and material logistics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
Knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, and techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and standards.
