Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in an aluminum and glazing company. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards. This role requires technical expertise, strong project management skills, and excellent communication to coordinate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:

Oversee on-site operations, including installation of aluminum and glazing systems. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, designs, and industry standards. Conduct site surveys and provide technical solutions to address challenges.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and resolve any issues promptly.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and design teams to align project goals. Supervise and guide installation teams, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Client Interaction:

Liaise with clients to provide updates and address concerns related to the project.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (4-5 years) in the aluminum and glazing industry. Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glazing techniques, and structural principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Familiarity with health and safety standards in construction.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Valid driving license is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
