We are looking for a
Site Engineer
with a minimum of
3 years of experience
in villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating with
MEP teams
and managing site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project execution
Coordinate with MEP subcontractors to align with construction schedules
Manage villa project execution from foundation to handover
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards
Report progress and site issues to the project manager
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of site engineering experience
Strong background in
villa projects and MEP coordination
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
UAE experience is a plus
