Job Description
We are seeking for a Site Engineer/Civil Engineer who is familiar with
Interior & Fit-out
and joinery Projects, especially in Luxury Villas/Residentials.Well organized, very good at time management, good personality, and hospitality
Strong Knowledge of Ceiling, Flooring, Tiling, ETC., Installation and Supervision.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks
Supervising and instructing the Fit-out team as well as subcontractors.
Maintaining site workers on construction safety regulations.
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
Maintaining an accurate record of Subcontractor attendance.
Evaluating the performance of Subcontractors and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
strong knowledge in Fit-out works, civil, Joinery, glass& metals
reporting and for casting site progress report to PM
schedule the activity for upcoming weeks
?manpower management
?strong knowledge in drawings technical details
Checking, studying, and Analyzing Drawings to ensure that projects meet design, schedule, and budget specifications
