Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage flooring site activities (tiles, marble, parquet, vinyl, epoxy, carpet, etc.) Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers on-site Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines Monitor quality control and ensure finishing standards are met Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and material requirements Coordinate with foremen, laborers, and subcontractors Ensure health & safety compliance at site Handle site measurements, material take-offs, and site inspections Resolve site issues and technical problems Support handover and snag-list closure
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field 4-5 years of UAE experience in flooring works Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Valid UAE Driving License Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple sites Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
