Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage dewatering activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and method statements. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters. Monitor installation, operation, and maintenance of dewatering systems (deep wells, wellpoints, sump pumping, etc.). Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards at all times. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Identify site issues and propose effective technical solutions. Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a Site Engineer, preferably in

dewatering or ground engineering works

. Good knowledge of dewatering systems, excavation support, and groundwater control. Familiar with UAE construction standards and site practices. Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
