Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site operations and construction activities Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct site inspections and quality checks Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate joiners preferred
