Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

with proven experience in

fit-out projects and villa construction

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising on-site activities, ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, and workshop production team for timely delivery of materials and joinery items.

Monitor daily site activities, enforce quality standards, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management, highlighting milestones and challenges.

Liaise with project managers, draftsmen, and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and joinery items.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical concerns and maintain project alignment

Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.

Conduct regular inspections to uphold workmanship standards and rectify deviations.

Key Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2-5 years of hands-on experience in

fit-out works and villa construction

.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.

Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
